Emana Rachelle is an actress, writer, comedian and independent producer. She is the founder and creator of Macon Drive Dreams a production company dedicated to greenlighting work by artists of color. In 2020, she created the unscripted social media series, "Rehearsal Report." This weekly vodcast included guests, Issa Rae, Kelly Jenrette, and Melvin Jackson, Jr., season 2 is in development.
Emana is also an established actor with membership in SAG-AFTRA and AEA. Select film/television credits include; Insecure (HBO), #LoveMyRoomie (Amazon Prime), 30 Rock (NBC); various national commercials and voice overs. Theatre: In The Name Of (The Shed NYC), Clybourne Park (Francine/Lena), Ruined (Sophie), and international tours in South Africa and Holland.
She was the 2018-2019 I Am Soul Producing Resident at the National Black Theatre (NBT) where she served as Production Manager onThe First Deep Breath written by Lee Edward Colston II, directed by Malika Oyetimein;Mondo Tragic written by Eric Micha Holmes, directed by Miranda Haymon,and the world premiere of125th & Freedom written, choreographed & directed by Ebony Noelle Golden. Additionally, Emana Rachelle created, conceived and oversaw all aspects of production for the one day event,Black Girls Are From Outer Space, directed by Kimille Howard.

Emana received her MFA from West Virginia University (WVU) where she was a W.E.B. DuBois Graduate Fellow. She holds additional training from the British American Drama Academy (BADA) and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (BFA).
